Alice has been creating her whimsical artware for as long as she can remember. A native of Little Rock Arkansas, she attributes her laugh-out-loud art to her Southern roots and her experiences and associations with the unforgettable and amazing characters she has encountered throughout her life. Each by Alice Art tells its own story, making it a true conversation piece. Alice believes that function and fun are key to her work-she states, “this is art that is meant to be used and enjoyed!”
Each glass arrives in an adorable colored gift box Each stem has its own personality based on the “Name” of the stem and the play on words. Every piece tells it’s own story making it a true conversation piece at any occasion. Alice believes that function and fun are key to her work – This is art that is meant to be USED!

The Sarut Group

The Sarut Group is an innovative, international gift country that imports giftware from eclectic and unique European, Asian, and African vendors. Ultimately, the Sarut Group aspires to provide their clients with unusual and whimsical products that will entertain, inspire, and enrich their lives.
Focusing on natural, innovative, and timeless products for every age, The Sarut Group’s distinctive gift items are both fun and practical. The name Sarut (pronounced Sa-roo), is derived from the names of Alan Ceppos’ grandparents – Sadie, Arch and Ruth. Since 1985, he and Frederic Rambaud have worked with creative talent from around the globe to make The Sarut Group into the internationally acclaimed company it is today.
Everywhere you look these days, the functional is getting a coat of froufrou. Let’s call it cutility. Toasters, desk sets, bike accessories even tools are no longer dull, straightforward, undecorated things. They are gussied up with polka dots, flowers or Disney characters to reflect the owner’s personality and to make the mundane fun.
The firm distributes practical items with fanciful designs, such as cheese graters shaped like princesses in long skirts, vegetable peelers that are Asian characters and “Nemo whisks” shaped like fish. “Everything we do is very functional. But it brings an element of whimsy into the home,” says company spokeswoman Sharon Hitchcock. “We take ordinary objects and make you smile.”
In this same-old, same-old world, she says, “it’s an attempt to make your home an oasis.”

The base metal used throughout the collection is primarily pewter in either its natural coloration or, gold plated. Other metals used are sterling silver and brass. Freshwater pearls, glass beads and semi precious stones are used on certain designs within the collection.
Michael Michaud’s napkin rings, sugar and creamer sets, serving spoons, vases and miniature boxes look like they’ve tumbled out of a fairy tale. Each piece of this botanical tableware collection is crafted from a branch, leaf or fruit. Molten pewter is poured into a lost wax mold, a wash of silver or gold over copper is applied, and the results are astonishing. Variations occur in each piece. All pieces are lead free and food safe.

Bella il Fiore

Post by Administrator on 12/12/2008

What do you get when a former beauty and bath product junkie becomes fed up with the massive of unused products in her drawer? The answer is Bella IL Fiore, a creative, wearable cosmetic and personal care line, founded by Jennifer Maloy that simplifies your daily routine down to a few key items while maintaining glamorous effects.

In 2000 Maloy and her rocker husband Zac were expecting their first child, and both agreed they wanted to be full time parents. that was when the beauty diva, turned to the growing inventory of random products in her bathroom, and decided to take matters in her own hands. “You name it, and I had it in my bathroom: lotions, potions, scrubs, lip sticks, all unused,” says Maloy. She sought out a chemist who understood her concept, and could help to create her independent beauty vision. A year later Bella Il Fiore was born and won the hearts (and cosmetic bags) of real women and celebrities alike. Hollywood A-listers Amber Valletta, Amy Smart, and Isla Fisher are all fans of Bella’s products.

“Simplicity doesn’t mean sacrificing glamour and quality.” It’s quite the opposite with Bella Beauty. The super-fem line is consistently praised for its rich color formulations, exceptional ingredients and clever packaging. After nearly six years, the Bella collections has grown to include a smattering of must-have beauty essentials such as Kiss Me Now Lip Gloss, Eye Treats, which feature five flattering shadows that will look from day-to-night (a staple for the busy girl) and the jet-setting Travel Face Pallets. Much-loved favorites; Roller Ball Eye Shadows and the luxe Honeysuckle Grapefruit Whipped Body Creme are still available and better than ever. Each product serves up a serious dose of glamour wrapped in over-the-top girly packaging that is portable, user-friendly and fun. That’s the Bella way: simple, easy-to-use glamour that fits chicly in your clutch, cosmetic bag, and life.

Today Bella Il Fiore’s ever expanding line of skin care and cosmetics is sold in fashion-forward boutiques and fine department stores nationwide, including Kitson, Henri Bendel, Marie Mason Apothecary, Ritz Carlton and MyGiftee.com, and has been praised in some of today,s ‘must-read’ glossies including O The Oprah Magazine, Allure, Lucky, Coastal Living and Cosmopolitan.

No Cosmetic collection is complete without Bella.
